A clear mission, a bold vision, and a set of strategic goals that guide every decision we make and every action we take.
The mission of Fundacja Pallotti is to serve the most vulnerable members of our community — the elderly, the poor, children without adequate support, and those excluded from social life — through practical aid, education, and the cultivation of human dignity.
We do this in the spirit of Saint Vincent Pallotti, who believed that every person is called to active participation in the work of charity. Our foundation is not a passive institution — it is a living community of people who act, who give, and who refuse to look away from need.
Our mission is rooted in the conviction that genuine service transforms both the giver and the receiver, and that communities built on solidarity are stronger, healthier, and more resilient for everyone who lives within them.
"We exist to serve — not to be served. Inspired by the Pallottine tradition of universal apostolate, we bring together people of goodwill to act with compassion, to educate with purpose, and to build community with lasting impact."
— Fundacja Pallotti, Mission Statement
Fundacja Pallotti envisions a Częstochowa — and ultimately a Poland — where no person is left behind. Where the elderly are not isolated, where children have equal access to education regardless of their family's circumstances, and where communities are bound together by genuine solidarity rather than indifference.
We envision a society in which volunteering is not an exceptional act but a natural expression of civic life. Where faith and action are inseparable, and where institutions like ours are not needed because communities have learned to care for themselves — but until that day comes, we will be here.
Our long-term vision is to expand our reach beyond Częstochowa, to build a network of Pallotti-inspired community foundations across Poland, and to become a recognised model of faith-based social action at the national level.
These goals define our priorities for the next three years and guide how we allocate our resources, partnerships, and volunteer energy.
Recruit and retain at least 200 active volunteers by 2026, with structured training, recognition, and development pathways for all participants.
Double the number of children supported through our tutoring and after-school programmes, opening additional venues across Częstochowa by 2025.
Diversify our funding base through corporate partnerships, grant applications, and individual giving campaigns to reduce dependence on any single source.
Secure a permanent, dedicated community space in Częstochowa where programmes can be delivered, volunteers can meet, and the community can gather.
Establish formal partnerships with at least 10 local organisations, parishes, schools, and businesses to create a coordinated network of community support.
Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track outcomes, demonstrate impact to donors, and continuously improve our programmes.
The need for community-based social action in Poland remains significant. Here is why foundations like ours play a vital role.
Thousands of families in the Częstochowa region face food insecurity, particularly in winter months. Our food aid programmes provide a critical safety net for those who fall through the gaps of state support.
Poland's ageing population faces growing rates of social isolation. Many elderly residents live alone with limited contact with family or neighbours. Our visiting programmes and social events address this invisible crisis.
Children from low-income families often lack access to private tutoring, enrichment activities, and educational resources that their peers take for granted. Our programmes level the playing field.
Our purpose only becomes reality when people like you choose to act. Volunteer your time, donate your resources, or simply spread the word about our work.
